Aortic valve replaced 4 weeks after first admission.Tx given, IV fluids, IV tazocin, vancomycin and floxapen. Brufen for pain. Perfalgan for temp.MRSa screen (normal).Urine mixed staph growth.Pt nursed in CCU.
